Thank you for your interest in the accreditation process. When Leader On Point was launched, there was a sense of urgency and importantness (if that’s a word) to not just provide exceptional personal development, leadership training, and consulting solutions; but to ensure the people who really desired to become better leaders receive the follow-up and continued learning needed to become a Leader On Point. After many one and two day offerings of our program, people continued to ask for their next steps and specifically, how they could stay on track as a leader of their team(s).
One powerful and innovative approach to this problem is our accreditation process and award for leaders of teams who demonstrate their willingness to lead with strength and courage. Not only does this inwardly show your commitment to positive and effective leadership, it outwardly demonstrates to other teams, organizations, and businesses of the caliber of people they should expect to work with.
Prerequisites
- Leader must hold an active Infinite Leader Certification.
- Hold current Alpha Team (Organizational) Membership.
- Complete the Leading Excellence Accreditation Training.

The Process
The process is a simple four step method. Each attempt to earn the accreditation is considered one submission.
- Submission

- Approve/Deny
- Feedback
Leader On Point provides feedback after each submission, and reviews the following:
- Policy & Procedures for effective leadership
- Top level P.A.C.E. Agreement
- Organization/Team MVP Statements
- Training Standards
- PAR (Performance Accountability Report) with an passing score of 90% or above.
