How does it work?
We will coordinate with your organization to present a short but powerfully positioned survey testing the above mentioned metrics. This is a turnkey product as we provide well crafted messages and a schedule of communication to ensure the survey is taken seriously and productive feedback is achieved. Employees are given a link and QR code to access the form. Your organization will be given a unique Organization Code for employees to enter and complete. While respondents remain confidential (one major benefit from conducting a survey by an outside group), responses are collected, organized and shared with the organizational leadership.
Once the data is collected, a Leader On Point Coach will review the results and provide the results with feedback, recommendations, and consult with leadership to create goals to track and improve performance.
